Description
Sophia Lewis has been working at our design department for over 20 years. We are very proud that she has been a part of our Closed family for such a long time. She grew up in rural Wales and spent a lot of time with her Grandmother Doris in the kitchen. Together with her daughter Gwenifer she has given her grandmother’s traditional recipes a modern update: vegan, eco-conscious and with alternatives to sugar and flours.
